Delivery
Australian Express Delivery
Deliveries will be made the following business day if orders are placed before 2pm that business day. This applies to all major metro areas and capital cities in Australia. Orders placed after 2pm each business day will be delivered within 2 business days from the time of order [excluding Weekends]. Deliveries to areas excluded from the above policy will be delivered according to AusPost delivery routes and generally within 2-5 days. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a public holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next business day.
For Australian deliveries, all orders under $75 will incur a $10 shipping fee and your order will be sent out via Australia Post in most instances. For all orders over $75, delivery will be FREE.
Once your product is packed and dispatched (this will happen on the same business day we get your order if your order is prior to 2pm), we will send you an email, with a unique tracking code and a link for you to track how far away your order is to your door.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, it will either be left in a safe location or you will be left a calling card telling you how you can pick up your General Pants parcel..
International Delivery
International delivery is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel. Delivery costs are $20 to New Zealand and $25 to all other International destinations. Prices quoted are in Australian dollars.
Approximate time for delivery for International orders is 8 - 10 working days.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Countries where customs or import duties are liable will be indicated at checkout along with the value limit at which duty is payable. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
