Buy and Send a Gift without leaving the house!
You can purchase gifts for your near and dear using the same method as you would place an order for yourself. When you enter the 'checkout', replace your default address details with the receiver's information and the goods will be delivered there without affecting your default details for future orders.
You can also add a message to go with your gift (max 250 characters) and it will be sent with the parcel. The cost of adding a gift card is $3.
Gifts can be exchanged for items of equal value but cannot be refunded for cash.
Gift Vouchers Online
For the ultimate surprise for a loved one give them an online e-Gift Voucher which will be sent to them as an email.
Online e-Gift Vouchers of $10, $25, $50, $75, $100, $150 & $200 can be purchased on our site for your friends & family. They are sent electronically via email.
When the voucher is sent electronically, it is forwarded to the receiver's email address and can be redeemed using the secret code which is enclosed within the email.
You can purchase Gift Vouchers online. When you 'Checkout' to pay for them, you will be asked to enter the recipient's email address, name and a short message (max 250 characters). The voucher email will be sent within 30 minutes after the payment process is completed.
Online Gift Vouchers can be redeemed through this site at any time using the secret code that is sent with the certificate email. Online Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and are issued in Australian dollars.
The Gift Vouchers that you purchase through this website cannot be redeemed at our stores.
When using an online e-Gift Voucher, if you only use a portion of the original Gift Voucher, it will be cancelled and you will be issued with a new voucher with the remaining balance of the value of the original voucher.
Online e-Gift Vouchers can be used in conjunction with other payment methods where required.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift Cards from our stores
Unfortunately gift cards which have been purchased from our stores are not able to be redeemed online at this stage (but watch this space!)
