Returns & Exchanges for Online Orders

Returns and exchanges for online orders will be happily accepted where the product has not been worn, altered, washed & is with original packaging. The product must also have all original tags attached.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted on all parcels within 14 days of receiving your parcel (please note that throughout December this has been extended as per the below information). Returns and exchanges can be processed either by sending the goods back to the Online store, or at any of our General Pants stores around Australia. Just bring in your receipt and details of the payment type you used when you ordered.

To return merchandise to our Online store simply fill in the required details on your order receipt form, securely pack the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box, and send back (at your cost) to the following address.

We advise that when sending your return parcel to is that you use a postal tracking service to ensure the safe delivery to us.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer change of mind refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed.

If an item purchased is faulty, not of merchantable quality - meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when it was purchased, bearing in mind how the item was described to you prior to purchase and also the item price  - or , unfit for purpose - meaning that the item doesn’t do what you reasonably expected it would - we will accept returns or exchanges within a reasonable time frame.

 

Extended Returns & Exchanges timeframes for purchases in December

Over the Christmas shopping period, General Pants offers extended returns and exchange period to ensure that everyone is happy with their purchases during this time. Purchases made between 28 November and 23 December 2011 can be exchanged or returned as per the above guidelines up until 15 January 2012.

 

Returns & Exchanges for International Online Orders

For change of mind you can return or exchange merchandise to our online store within 40 days of receiving your merchandise. Simply fill in the required details on your order receipt form, securely pack the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box, and send back (at your cost) to the following address

The General Pants Group will gladly fund the postage to return the exchanged items to you. If multiple exchanges are requested (after the first exchange) then the cost of postage for subsequent exchanges will be deducted from your credit card or requested from your pay pal account.
